Have good eat, we have to eat balance, have you ever heard of food combining, vegetarian, detoxification, or diet...water therapy and etc..

yes...eat good food is important cause it gives effect to whole body, better have fiber like fruit or vegetable in every meal and you need water at least 8 glass for a day cause our body is at least 70% from water so if you dont drink 8 glass a day , you get your self not in good condition.eat and drink as natural as you can, once in a while you can eat junk food, but dont do it every day.better eat natural for your health it last longer for your life

Have good way of life, take rest at least 8 hours a day, so the body can regenerate the new cell, if you lack of rest so you need to rest the other day or pay for the less, and also you have to get ridd of stress.if you dont sleep enough so your body is not in the good condition the other day.

Exercise is important too, activity have to be balance ,your body need to be exercise every day at least 15 minutes or maybe more, dont be lazy get up and do the thing , take aerobic class, take a walk , jogging , yoga ,balley dance or anything you like, you will feel the energy when you do exercise regularly and also it burn the fat and toxic too.

DO social life and spiritual life

well it gives us good feeling and good feeling gives effect to our health

you can be with your family or your friends,lover ,animal and share your thoughts and idea , laugh together, having dinner, or pray together.
